Sunflower Care Services provide 24 hour 7 days a week support in a home-like environment to young and older people who have an intellectual disability or physical disability such as Stroke, Parkinson’s, Cerebral Palsy or Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia or other health conditions.
We offer separate accommodation for those with an intellectual disability and those with a physical disability.
We are committed to ensuring clients staying at Sunflower Care facilities have a relaxing and enjoyable time here. We strive to provide clients with opportunities to experience varied and meaningful activities and by getting to know our clients intimately we are able to provide support in a way that meets each person’s individual needs. We provide support to clients in a flexible and friendly homelike environment.
We support clients with daily activities including meals, mobility, personal care, medication as well as supporting them to access community resources. We use a vehicle with disabled access to take clients swimming, to dances and on outings in the area.
