Sunflower Care Services specialised in providing tailored disability services to children, young people, adults, older adults and carers.

We work closely with people with permanent and significant disability, their families and carers. By providing a person-centred focus, we work on a service model that puts the Individual at the centre of all decisions.

Sunflower Care Services promotes each person to be as independent as possible by focusing on their abilities to perform daily activities and provide opportunities to optimize the person’s self esteem and feelings of wellbeing. Opportunities to enhance each person’s quality of life are promoted by considering each person’s needs and wishes and providing individualized care in a respectful and dignified manner. Care is provided in a home- like environment.

By providing information, advice and guidance, we aim to help the Individual and the Individual’s support network to live engaged and rewarding lives at home and in the community.
